Recurring fees, hour banks and flat rates: from contract to invoice.
Recurring-fee, prepaid-hours, flat-rate and rental contracts. Logged hours draw down the right bank and become invoice lines with the FatturaPA XML.
What it solves
-
Four contract types
Recurring fee, prepaid hour bank, flat rate and rental, even on the same customer.
-
Balance always visible
Remaining hours updated with every activity; administration is alerted when the bank crosses the threshold or the contract is about to expire.
-
Rollover and overage
Hours beyond the bank blocked or split according to the customer's rules; the excess can be carried over to the next contract.
-
E-invoicing
Invoice lines from logged hours, FatturaPA XML, journal entries and payment schedule.

Frequently asked questions
Do customers know how many hours they have left?
Yes. They see the hours used on their contracts and, if enabled, receive a monthly PDF summary with the remaining hours.
How do you handle e-invoicing?
VestaSuite produces the XML in the Italian FatturaPA format; transmission goes through the channel you already use.
What happens to hours beyond the bank?
It depends on the rules set on the customer: overage is blocked or split, and the excess can be carried over to the next contract.
