What it solves
-
Calendar and dispatching
Per-technician agenda, unplanned jobs dragged onto the calendar, technician suggested by availability and travel time.
-
Timer on the ticket
The technician starts the timer on the ticket with one tap; pause and resume with no end-of-day timesheet.
-
Parts used on the job
The parts used land on the activity, with quantities and replaced parts; serial numbers and stock movements are managed in the inventory.
-
Signed job report
Total hours and the customer's signature on the report; the customer's administrator can also sign remotely the reports they receive.
