What do we need on the Microsoft side?

A Microsoft 365 tenant with Entra ID; the Teams app is deployed from the admin centre.

Can we also use email and password?

Yes. Both sign-in methods coexist.

What if we don't use Microsoft 365?

VestaSuite works without it: notifications arrive by email and in the app.
